We will systematically eliminate bureaucracy and red tape, consolidate services, eliminate overlapping positions, outsource appropriate services, and increase our use of management technology. The net effect will be a significant reduction in our operating costs over the next three years. By then, there will also be fewer but more highly paid staff.
