On how to keep your bride Swingin'!
Hey everyone! My name is Rebecca Leonard, and I am a junior at American Univeristy. My only, and favorite older sister in the whole world got engaged in May 1999 and asked me to be her Maid of Honor in her July 2000 wedding. While I was honored and delighted, I was also a bit worried- I had no idea what a Maid of Honor did! What if I ruined everything? Well, throughout the past few months, I have learned a lot about what it takes to be a Maid of Honor (or Matron of Honor if you are already married). I designed this web page to help out women who either are, or want to be someone's maid of honor and are as clueless as I was. This will take you from the very beginning, before you are even asked, all the way to that special day, which for me, is fast approaching. I hope that you will find this informative and helpful! If you have any questions, comments, or concerns, don't hesitate to contact me. Enjoy! I dedicate this to my sister who come July, will no longer be Elizabeth Leonard, but Elizabeth Clifton.
