Note that the department offers a limited number of courses in the two summer terms (May-June and July-August). Taking courses in the summer may allow you to finish a semester early or take fewer courses each semester.
Choosing Electives in the Financial Economic Policy Track
In addition to your nine required courses in economic theory, econometrics, mathematical economics, and business, you take an additional nine credit hours of course work to complete your degree requirements. In consultation with your adviser, you choose courses in which you are interested and that make up a coherent program of study.
