Dr. Erran Carmel's Article Selected as one of IEEE Software's 25th Anniversary Top Picks

As part of IEEE Software's 25th Anniversary celebration, IEEE embarked on compiling a compact list of recommended readings. Earlier this year, Dr. Carmel's, a renowned international expert on IT offshoring and outsourcing, article was selected by the journal's advisory and editorial boards as one of their Top Picks in history for full-length, peer-reviewed articles. The articles were selected on the basis of reader's interests, number of nominations it received, and number of downloads and citations it generated. IEEE Software is one of the oldest and most widely read of all computer magazines. It is one of the flagship journals of the IEEE professional association.
