There are many professionals at the university who can provide assistance with questions about academic integrity. 
  • Faculty with questions about how to promote integrity through teaching techniques should contact the Center for Teaching Excellence and/or their dean’s designee for integrity issues (see list below). 

  • Students with questions about what constitutes academic dishonesty should start by asking their course instructor for guidance, as they are the best resources for academic integrity questions/issues related to their curriculum.   

  • The staff of the Writing Center, the Academic Support Center, and the University Library include experts who can help teach about how to avoid plagiarism, in particular. 

  • Each school and college’s Office of the Dean can address questions about the Academic Integrity Code and the adjudication of academic dishonesty charges.  The dean’s designees for academic integrity issues are listed below.
