WASHINGTON
– American University head men’s soccer coach Todd West
announced today the Eagles have signed four student-athletes to
National Letters of Intent. The Class of 2008 is led by JP Kuykendall
(Vienna, Va.), who becomes the fourth member of the Kuykendall family
to play for American University, and also includes Chris Sedlak
(Valrico, Fla.), Ryan Jenkins (Manassas, Va.) and John Jarvie (San
Diego, Calif.).
“This
is a very solid recruiting class, which will make the team much
deeper than in previous years,” said West. “ After losing
just one senior to graduation from last year, each of these players
has the ability to start. The only question is how quickly they
will adjust to the Division I college game.” ...
