2001-02: Ran indoor personal best times in the 55m (8.19) and 200-meters (30.20) at the Navy Lid Lifter … ran best time in the 100-meters at the Metro Invitational (13.90) ... Patriot League Academic Honor Roll in cross country.
High School: Co-captain senior year … earned sportsmanship award … also played basketball and soccer.
