Factory Logic™ Software Inc. was founded in 1998 to allow manufacturing companies to extend the innovation provided by the new Net economy all the way to their factory floor. They were first to market with a complete eManufacturing software solution. They have over 15 years experience in devolping solutions for the manufacturing industry, for clients such as Unilever, Suzuki, Hoechst and Renault. In July 2000, Factory Logic completed a $9.5 million Series A round of financing.

Factory Logic’s board of Directors comprises John S. Boyd, Principal at TL Ventures, David Cary, former CFO for i2 Technologies , Richard Lebovitz, President and CEO of Factory Logic Software, Jerry Sullivan, Partner at Adams Capital Management  and Jay Valentine, CEO of InfoGlide Corporation. 

The management team consists of Richard V. Lebovitz, President and CEO, Henry Perez, Chief Technical Officer, Andrew Hong, VP of Services and Chris Flynn, Director of Technical.
