About the Authors
Dana Bomkamp is an MBA student at American University, concentrating in Finance. She maintains a keen interest in Information Technology and has taken numerous courses, including Telecommunications and Knowledge Management. She is currently employed in the banking industry and is eagerly looking forward to her graduation in December 2000.
Maria Soler is an MBA student at American University, concentrating in Management of Global Information Technology and Marketing IT. She is currently employed with the federal government and plans on graduating in December 2001. Her parents immigrated to the U.S. from Cuba before she was born.
