Advantages of the Business
Model
-
IT-radar.com maintains a local market
orientation
-
provides value to Clients and to the
Providers of IT services
For the IT services electronic
marketplace to be successful, it must
provide significant benefits to
both the buyers of services (Clients)
and the firms that deliver the
services (Providers). A properly designed
e-market will remove the friction,
frustration and high cost of sale that
currently exists in the IT services
buying/selling process, while also
improving the quality of results
that both Clients and Providers experience.
It will facilitate and accelerate
the sales process, improving both its
effectiveness and efficiency, while
also protecting Client privacy and
enhancing Client and Provider choice.
As usage of the e-market grows, the
data that it yields will be aggregated in
a manner that will prove quite
valuable to both Clients and Providers.
This market intelligence will help
them to better understand their relevant
IT services marketplace, and enable
them to make better strategic IT and
business decisions.
