Welcome to the website of the Turkish Armenian Reconciliation Commission
(TARC).
This is the only website which is operated by TARC members, and contains the original text of TARC documents for public review. The Turkish Armenian Reconciliation Commission was established in July 2001 and concluded in April 2004. TARC members are civil society representatives who come together to explore cooperative activities between Turks and Armenians. The original Terms of Reference for the TARC are contained in this website, as well as a list of past and present members of Commission.
