North American Investment Fund

In March 2003, with the support of the North American Development Bank, Robert Pastor, Samuel Morley, and Sherman Robinson developed a proposal for a North American Investment Fund, with a goal of narrowing the gap between Mexico and its northern neighbors — U.S. and Canada. The objective is to identify the principal sources of growth to stimulate a 6 percent rate of growth for 10 years. The following documents provide the academic, congressional, and media views of this project.
