The Registration Form is a PDF file and can be printed using any printer. To view and print a PDF publication, Adobe Reader software must be installed on your computer. Adobe Reader can be downloaded by clicking the Get Adobe Reader button below.

After you have downloaded the registration form, you can print it, fill it out, and return it by mail to ILR, with payment enclosed. Please note that registrations cannot be accepted unless they are accompanied by a check.
