About the Author
This project was completed for a class at American University in the Management of Global Information Technology (MoGIT) field. The class name is Impacts of National Information Technology Environments on Business. (Yes, I agree, those are two very long titles!) The professor for this class is William Garrison.
My name is Jennifer Spicer, and I am finishing my MBA with a MoGIT concentration. I have many years of experience in the hospitality industry, working for Embassy Suites Hotel, and I am about to make a career change into consulting. I will be working for Coopers and Lybrand (soon to be some other name after a merger with Price Waterhouse). I will be working in their Solutions Thru Technology practice located in Wayne PA.
