I am Iranian and have lived in the United States since 1979. I studied Economics at the University of Wisconsin-Madison, and have worked at the International Monetary Fund (IMF) since 1991. At present my responsibilities are in relation to the countries of the former Soviet Union. My current assignment focuses on Kyrgyz Republic, Kazakstan and Turkmenistan. I am responsible for creation and maintenance of financial and economic database for these countries as well as training the national authorities in specific software programs. I am a MBA student with a concentration in Management Information Systems and Finance at American University.
I enjoy meeting people,traveling and learning languages--but that's cliche.
I am tough minded but tenderhearted. I show cheerfulness and that's why most days you see a smile on my face.
I get a great joy in helping people. I don't give up on anybody because I think miracles do happen.
I treat everyone the way I want to be treated.
This is who I am -- in a snap shot.
