Mr. Amir Orad is Executive Vice President (EVP) and Chief Marketing Officer of Actimize, a Israeli-American provider of risk management solutions. He is in charge of the company's product, marketing and business development functions and played an integral part in the $280 million acquisition of the company by NICE Systems. He is a renowned expert in the area of risk management, cyber security and anti-fraud / authentication. Prior to Actimize, he was VP Marketing in RSA Security Consumer Division and before that a co-founder and EVP Marketing of Cyota Inc, an Israeli online security and anti-fraud company acquired by RSA for $145 million. As a thought leader in the industry, Mr. Orad has spoken at numerous industry events and has been quoted in publications such as Forbes, Business Week, Washington Post, and American Banker. ;

Mr. Orad has authored a number of patents in the field of security that are now used to protect over 100 million users. He was one of the driving forces behind the eFraudNetwork innovation, selected by Bank Technology News as one of the top 20 innovations of the past 20 years in banking. Prior to RSA and Cyota, he was head of a software R & D branch in the Israeli Army Intelligence Corps developing innovative solutions in communications and data mining. Mr. Orad received several awards including the Blaiman Award for his leadership in Robotics and Artificial Intelligence and the Innovation Award for his work in the intelligence corps.
