Mark Kass

Mr. Mark Kass is a member in the Corporate practice group at the international law firm of Mintz, Levin, Cohn, Ferris, Glovsky and Popeo.  Mr. Kass’ practice focuses on private equity, mergers and acquisitions and commercial transactions involving information technology, telecommunications and life sciences companies.  His experience includes advising technology companies on technology transfers, licenses of patents and other intellectual property rights, sales agreements, and distribution and marketing arrangements, and he has represented issuers and underwriters in public offerings on the Nasdaq by Israeli companies.  He has extensive experience representing both companies and investors in transactions in the United States, Israel, Europe and the Far East, including representation of Israeli and Israeli-related technology companies doing business in the United States.

Mr. Kass is admitted to practice in New York, Washington, D.C. and Israel.  He practiced for four years at Yigal Arnon & Co., an international law firm located in Tel Aviv, Israel.  He received his BA, cum laude, from Yale University (1982) and his JD from Columbia University School of Law (1985), where he was a Harlan Fiske Stone Scholar.
