Ms. Nava Michael-Tsabari has worked at one of Israel’s biggest family businesses, Strauss Group, and one of the country’s largest food companies, Whitman Ice Cream Ltd. Whitman Ice Cream Ltd. operates in Europe, South America, and the U.S. She has worked at and served on the board of directors for her family's public company, Strauss Group. Additionally, she has been a partner and co-owner of Happenings Ltd., Mango Toys Ltd., Half Price Toys Ltd., and Troll Toys Ltd., mainly acting as CFO and managing import and export. She has participated in courses and seminars on family businesses in Israel and abroad.

Ms. Tsabari received her BA in Psychology and an Executive MBA from Tel Aviv University.  She is currently working toward a PhD in business at Haifa University, specializing in family business.

Ms. Raya Strauss Bendror is the co-owner and president of the Strauss Investment Company. She has been a social, public, and personal activist through her involvement, partnerships, and support of a wide range of projects and organizations such as MAALA (Business for Social Responsibility in Israel), "amutat telmei geulat Israel," the Reut Institute (strategic advice on security and socio-economics), and working towards the ACHDOT of the people in Israel and Jewish people around the world. She has also worked with homeless teens and Acharei, educating for leadership and excellence among marginalized teens.

Ms. Strauss Bendror has been a member of the board of directors of Beit Hashanti Foundation (helping homeless teens), “The Ghetto Fighter's House" Board of trustees and general assembly. She was President of "Partnership 2000" in Naharia, Israel, and northern New Jersey.
