Group Exercise tips
 

To ensure you get the most of your group exercise class, follow these guidelines:

  • Drink plenty of water before, during, and after working out.
  • Listen to your body- if you're too out of breath walk around the room and bring your heart rate down slowly.
  • Progress gradually- particularly for strength classes, select the appropriate weights.
  • Talk to the instructor if you have any questions about form or if you're unsure of a certain exercise.
  • Above all, have fun! Try and engage in a structured exercise most days of the week.
