Recreational Sports and Fitness memberships are available to all AU students currently enrolled in classes, with a valid AU ID and a completed registration form. For a small annual membership fee, the following members of the AU family may join:

• Osher Lifelong Learning Institute members
• AU Faculty, Staff and their families
• AU Alumni and their families
• Wesley Seminary students, faculty and staff

A limited number of community memberships are currently available for our neighbors and their families from the neighborhood surrounding American University.

REGISTRATION
Registration and orientations all begin at the front desk to the Jacobs Fitness Center. All members must complete a short registration form. Adobe Acrobat is required to download registration packet.

GENERAL INFORMATION (PRICES: see chart above) A Recreational Sports and Fitness membership also includes use of two Reeves Aquatic Center Swimming Pools, the outdoor Greenberg Track and Tennis Courts, as well as the Bender Arena (for open gym time) and Intramural Sports. The Sports Center is adjacent to the Parking Deck which is attached to the Mary Graydon Center in just about the geographical center of campus. Parts of the Sports Center close from time-to-time for such things as sporting events, graduation, guest speakers and concerts. Please check the current monthly calendar for hours of operation.

PAYROLL DEDUCTION
