Service is a core part of our identity at American University and our
students and alumni keep that identity alive and well with their ongoing
service contributions around the world.
With the tragic events of the tsunami, never has there been a better time
for all of us to connect as a global community. In this newsletter, you'll
hear what some of our alumni and students are doing in the relief efforts.
Closer to home in New York City, our alumni joined in a coat drive for
the homeless.
It's
not too late to make a New Year's resolution to be part of the American
University commitment to service. Get involved this year in something
that matters to you and your community.
