Bishop C. C. McCabe Lecture Series: Charles Holt

Broadway actor Charles Holt will perform a one-man stage adaptation of Richard Wright's Black Boy.

In this show, commissioned as part of The American Place Theatre's award- winning Literature to Life series and directed by Wynn Handman, Charles Holt portrays 20 different characters from Wright's classic novel. Holt, whose Broadway credits include Disney's The Lion King, and Smokey Joe's Cafe, has performed Black Boy across the country including three sold-out Kennedy Center performances this year.
