New Alumni Chapter Launched in Turkey

With more than 70 alumni residing in Turkey, AU has officially launched its sixth international alumni chapter, in Istanbul. Like its counterparts in Beijing, London, Paris, Seoul, and Tokyo, the new Turkey alumni chapter aims to gather alumni, and current and prospective students to network and reconnect.

Founding member of the Turkey chapter, Firat Fidan, KSB/MBA ’04, is excited about the new community-building opportunity the chapter will bring through various networking activities in and around Istanbul.

During the year, the chapter will plan various events and activities such as quarterly meetings, excursions to Istanbul and the surrounding cities, nature outings to parks in and around the capital, volunteer activities with local nongovernmental organizations (NGOs), and gatherings with other organizations related to Turkey-U.S. relations.

Get involved with the Turkey alumni chapter: Meet, network, and catch up with fellow AU alumni!
