This form is for individuals seeking CARD ACCESS to rooms. This is NOT for room reservations.

You must enter both parts of your AU ID correctly for access to be granted!

NOTE: In order to gain access to any of the Media Group rooms your request must go through the Editor in Chief or General Manager.
