This online course is part of the General Educ.
program, a second level course in the natural
science area. The course introduces the student
to the study of human nutrition and to engage
students to explore nutrition issues of current
concern. The course further incorporates
fundamental scientific principles that will enable
the student to develop an understanding of the
role of nutrition in maintenance of health and
improving the overall quality of life. |
