Reading University
This site provides world-wide weather images from many sources on the internet. The images accessible by region (Asia, Europe, etc.) are derived from polar orbiting satellites and converted to a standard format. An archive is held for 10 days and updated regularly. The Virginia Atlas Project provides access to Virginia-based geospatial data and information via the web. Includes the Virginia County Interactive Mapper, which makes customized maps of counties and cities.
