International Student Leadership Team Recipe Project
We are working with The International Student Leadership Team on a very exciting project, and need to collect recipes from around the world, including the US regions. We will try to get it done by the AU International Week celebrations in April. The proceedings of this book will go to the ISSS International Student Emergency Fund. We are trying to compile the recipes in their original version. However, if there is an ingredient that only exists in the country of origin, perhaps we can think of a US substitute for that ingredient. Attached is a sample recipe just for the format. If possible, please include a picture of your own recipe. Internet copy might be a problem for copyright protection. Also, perhaps you can include a few words about the special event when this particular dish is made in that culture. For example, is it a festive food, end of feast, religious holiday etc. You can email the recipe to cookbook@american.edu. Please include your name, extension and the country of origin for the recipe. If you have any questions, please call or email Senem Bakar at X3352 and sbakar@american.edu. [Sample Recipe] Blood Drive
