Board Policies

At their meetings on May 18 and 19, 2006 and June 9, 2006, the Board of Trustees approved revisions to AU's bylaws and adopted a policy on trustee conflict of interest. The board also adopted a university-wide whistleblower policy.

The Board has a number of policies, such as the Equal Opportunity, Affirmative Action, and Nondiscrimination Policy. Some of these policies are being updated and will be posted as they become available.
